Stand Renovation: Ways to Update an Old Stand

Many brands put their stand in storage after a fair and start from scratch at the next one. Yet a smart renovation protects both budget and time.

Identify reusable parts

The structural system, furniture and some panels can often be reused. First an inventory is made, then it is decided which parts will be in the new design.

Renew surfaces and graphics

New cladding, paint, an illuminated logo and graphic applications make the same structure look completely different. If the brand identity has changed, this is the fastest and most economical update.

Adapt to the new area

The stand needs to be adapted to the size of the area at the new fair, the number of open sides and the organiser’s rules. Missing modules are added if necessary.
