Exhibition Stand Flooring: Carpet, Parquet and Alternatives

Although the floor is the largest surface of the stand, it is often thought of last. Yet comfort, sound and brand perception come largely from the floor.

Carpet: practical and economical

Coloured carpet separates the area from the fair aisle and provides sound absorption. It is laid quickly and renewed easily; chosen in the brand colour, it strengthens identity.

Parquet and vinyl: warm and prestigious

Wood-look parquet or vinyl coverings give a showroom feeling. They are durable and easy to clean, but cost and installation time are higher than carpet.

Raised floor: separation and infrastructure

A raised floor allows cables to be hidden and visually separates the stand from the aisle. Ramps and height limits should be considered for accessibility.
