Exhibition Stand Transport and Logistics Plan

Even the most beautiful stand is meaningless if it does not reach the fair site on time and intact. Logistics is an invisible but critical part of design.

Packing and labelling

Parts should be packed numbered, with fragile surfaces protected. The contents of each crate should be listed and labelled in installation order, which reduces lost time on site.

Transport method and schedule

Road transport domestically, and road or container options abroad, are evaluated. The delivery schedule should be planned backwards together with the organiser’s loading hours and customs times.

Site delivery and unloading

The unloading area, vehicle entry permits and forklift needs should be clarified in advance with the organiser. Unloading parts in installation order increases site efficiency.
